This notice explains how Clemp s.r.l. processes personal data of visitors, demo requesters and customers of clemp.it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

2. What data we process

Browsing data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) collected automatically; contact data you provide voluntarily (name, company, role, email, phone) when booking a demo or writing to us; and, for customers, the operational data processed inside the service.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use your data to reply to your requests and run demos (performance of pre-contractual measures), to provide and support the service (contract), to comply with legal obligations, and - only with your consent - for analytics and marketing communications.

4. Retention

Contact data from demo requests is kept for up to 24 months from the last interaction. Customer data is kept for the duration of the contract and for the periods required by Italian tax and accounting law.

5. Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by suppliers acting as data processors (hosting, email, calendar, analytics, AI processing). Where a transfer outside the EEA occurs, it is covered by adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to giuseppe.pasquariello@clemp.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
