Elevator maintenance software
The management system for elevator companies: a digital plant logbook, a schedule of periodic inspections, tracked emergency calls, and a real margin for every maintenance contract.
The daily struggles of elevator maintenance teams
The plant logbook lives in filing cabinets
Inspection reports, municipal registration numbers, diagrams and declarations scattered across binders and folders. When the building manager asks for a document, it takes hours to find it.
Periodic inspections pile up
Two-yearly, extraordinary, ropes and safety gear checks: hundreds of installations with different deadlines managed on Excel. One missed date can shut down an elevator.
Emergency calls leave no trace
People stuck in the cabin at night, calls resolved over the phone, an on-call technician who logs nothing. At month end you don't know how many breakdowns there were or why.
Building contracts earn little and you don't know which ones
Labour hours, spare parts, travel and overtime aren't allocated to the specific installation. Some buildings have been running at a loss for years without anyone noticing.
Features designed for elevator installations
Digital plant logbook
Municipal registration number, inspection reports, conformity declarations and service history collected on a single installation, accessible in two taps.
Complete installation records
Installation type, capacity, stops, control panel, hoist, ropes and doors: components tracked with the parts fitted and their date.
Inspection scheduling
Two-yearly periodic inspections, extraordinary inspections and scheduled checks generated from active contracts, with an alert before the deadline.
Tracked emergencies and on-call rota
Call, arrival time, cause of the fault and restoration logged even at night, straight from WhatsApp by the on-call technician.
Job report ready to sign
The technician says what they did, Clemp fills in the report with hours, parts and components checked. The building manager gets everything without having to chase it.
Margin per contract
Labour hours, parts, travel and overtime allocated to the right installation. See which buildings are profitable and which need renegotiating.
The questions we get asked most
Is Clemp already available for elevator maintenance?
Not yet. Today Clemp serves plumbing, HVAC and swimming pool maintenance companies. The elevator vertical (routine and extraordinary maintenance, periodic inspections, plant logbook, emergency call-outs) is under construction: we're gathering real requirements from elevator companies.
Will it handle two-yearly periodic inspections too?
Yes, it's among the first planned features: deadlines for periodic and extraordinary inspections for every installation, with alerts to the building manager and technical office, plus a history of inspection reports.
What about emergency calls with people stuck in the cabin?
The goal is to track every call: arrival time, technician who responded, cause and restoration, all tied to the installation and reported in the monthly summary to the building.
Will technicians need to use an app?
No. As with the rest of Clemp, the technician works from WhatsApp: they send a voice note or a photo and the job report is filled in automatically. No app to install, no training.
